Our client is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to be based at their office/warehouse in Radlett. You will need to be diligent, pro-active and happy to work both independently and as part of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to make the next move in your career.
You will have been working in a customer service role for the last 18 months and have mastered your brief but now want more responsibility and the opportunity to grow into a diverse and challenging new role.
Direct Cable Systems are a manufacturer and distributor of audio-visual, lighting, power and broadcasting hardware and supplies everyone from the hobbyist to the teams that build the sound stages at Glastonbury.
As the successful candidate you should have:
Strong customer service skills
Good admin skills
The ability to communicate in a professional manner
Good IT Skills
An understanding of social media
A team player
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Client & customer calls
General Office administration
Sending emails in a professional manner
Provide a high-level of customer service at all times
Resolve compliance difficulties as they arise
Undertake all relevant training when required
Update the company database
Hours: Monday - Friday : 9.30 - 6.00 PM (one hour lunch).
