Who are we?

RecruiterSupermarket.com ( “us”, “we” or “our” as the context requires) is a business providing online search services to Employers and Job Seekers (“Candidates”) of Recruitment Agencies (including but not limited to Recruitment Agency – Fee, Candidate Reach, Feedback and our Marketplace performance comparisons) to users throughout the world via our websites, apps and other platforms, and providing an online Recruitment Marketplace to both Employers and Recruiters (as outlined in our “Marketplace Terms”).

RecruiterSupermarket.com is not a Recruitment Agency and is not responsible for providing, or for setting or controlling the services or standards of the Recruitment Agencies which you may search for, find on and/or engage with via the RecruiterSupermarket.com website, platform or application(s). All such Recruitment Agency Services are provided by independent Recruitment Agencies or other third parties and are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by those third parties.

The RecruitmentSupermarket.com Services and RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms (including our Website) are provided by RecruiterSupermarket.com Ltd, a private limited company incorporated and registered in England & Wales with company number 11021161 and having its registered office address at 359 Goswell Road, London, England, EC1V 7JL.

 

These Terms

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms and, together with our privacy policy, constitute a legal agreement between you and RecruiterSupermarket.com. By downloading, accessing or otherwise using the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and those of the privacy policy.

Some of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or Platforms (for example, our ‘RecruiterSupermarket.com Marketplace’) impose additional terms and conditions on your use of those services. Where that is the case, you will be clearly notified of that and will be required to confirm your acceptance of those terms and conditions, which will operate in place of or in conjunction with these Terms as appropriate.

We may amend these Terms at any time at our discretion. If these Terms are amended, we shall display the revised terms and conditions on or via the RecruiterSupermarket.com website, platform and application(s) and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you continue using the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms after the amendments are displayed.

If you do not accept all of these Terms, then you should not use the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms.

Using the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services

You may only use the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms in compliance with applicable laws and for legitimate purposes. In consideration of you agreeing to abide by these Terms, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and for no other purpose. In particular, we grant such licence to you subject to you agreeing that you shall not:

  1. a) use the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms for any purpose that is improper, unlawful, or to post, share or transmit any material that (i) is defamatory, offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable; (ii) is in breach of confidence or privacy or of any third party’s rights including copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights; or (iii) is misleading or misrepresentative as to your identity or which in any way suggests that you are sponsored, affiliated or connected with RecruiterSupermarket.com;
  2. b) use the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms for any commercial purpose or in any manner which may cause damage to RecruiterSupermarket.com or bring RecruiterSupermarket.com into disrepute;
  3. c) disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise decompile any software, applications, updates or hardware contained in or available via the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms, except as permitted by law;
  4. d) copy, distribute, communicate to the public, sell, rent, lend or otherwise use the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms, or seek to violate or circumvent any security measures employed to prevent or limit your access to or use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms;
  5. e) use or interfere with the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users;
  6. f) introduce onto, or transmit via, the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms any disruptive computer program code, marketing material, virus, ‘denial of service’ or ‘spam’ attack, worm, Trojan horse, authorisation key, licence control utility or software lock;
  7. g) remove, alter or replace any notices of authorship, trade marks, business names, logos or other designations of origin on the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms or pass off or attempt to pass off the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms as the product of anyone other than RecruiterSupermarket.com;
  8. h) use any automated computer program or application to scan, copy, index, sort or otherwise exploit the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms or any part thereof.

Where you sign up to any feature of, or use the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms that requires the use of a log-in account or password, you agree that you shall be responsible for keeping those password and log-in details confidential and secure. If you become aware, or suspect for any reason, that the security of your log-in details has been compromised, you should let us know as soon as possible via email to admin@RecruiterSupermarket.com.

The RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and no one under the age of 13 may provide any information to, on or via the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and if we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13, we may delete that information in accordance with our privacy policy.

To the extent that any element of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms is hosted on a third-party website (for example, Facebook or another social media website) and there are separate terms and conditions of use relating to that third-party website, you agree to fully comply with such terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to withdraw and modify our services and to make free services chargeable at any time. Where services via RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms are chargeable, any fees and/or costs will be made clear to the user via our RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms at the time.

Sharing information with us

We take your privacy seriously and operate at all times in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You acknowledge that any personally identifiable information which you submit to or via the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms may be used by us in accordance with our privacy policy. You agree to ensure that all personally identifiable information you provide to us is accurate and up to date and that you have obtained all consents, licenses or approvals necessary to enable us to use that information in accordance with these Terms and with our privacy policy.

To the extent that the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms allow you to post, upload, transmit or otherwise make available any information, images, video, employment history or other data with RecruiterSupermarket.com or other RecruiterSupermarket.com users (“User Content”), you agree that:

  1. a) you are solely responsible for the User Content that you upload and you represent and agree that you will not share anything which you do not have the permission or right to share and which you cannot grant the licence referred to in paragraph (b) below in respect of;
  2. b) although all intellectual property rights subsisting in any User Content will be owned by you or your licensors, you hereby grant RecruiterSupermarket.com and its group companies a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferrable and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce both electronically and otherwise, display, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and create derivative works from any and all such User Content (excluding personally identifiable information) including for the purposes of advertising and marketing the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms;
  3. c) we are under no obligation to store, retain, publish or make available any User Content uploaded by you and that you shall be responsible for creating backups of any such User Content if necessary.

To the extent that you provide us with any suggestions, comments, improvements, ideas or other feedback you hereby assign ownership of all intellectual property rights subsisting in that feedback to us and acknowledge that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose at our discretion.

RecruiterSupermarket.com’s property

Except as set out elsewhere in these Terms, all intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, copyright (including copyright in computer software), patents, trademarks or business names, design rights, database rights, know-how, trade secrets and rights of confidence in the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and Platforms (together, the “Intellectual Property Rights”) are owned by or licensed to RecruiterSupermarket.com. You acknowledge that by using the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or the RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms, you will not acquire any right, title or interest in or to RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms or in or to the Intellectual Property Rights except for the limited licence to use the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms granted to you pursuant to these Terms. You further acknowledge that you have no right to have access to any aspect of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms in source-code form.

Other people’s property

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you have reason to believe that your copyright is being infringed by any content on the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms, please send a written notification of such infringement to the address stated at the beginning of Terms marked for the attention of our ‘General Counsel’.

Accuracy and warranty disclaimer

Your use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms is entirely at your own risk.

Although we enforce ‘information accuracy’ policies with all partners who provide us with data and endeavour to ensure that the content displayed on or via the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and Platforms is up to date and accurate, we cannot guarantee the reliability or accuracy of such content. We provide the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and Platforms on an ‘as is’ basis and expressly disclaim all warranties, conditions and guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and accuracy, as well as any warranties implied by usage of trade, course of dealing or course of performance. To the extent permitted by law, we make no representations and do not warrant to you that the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms (a) are accurate, complete or up to date; (b) will always be available; (c) will meet your expectations; or (d) are secure or are free from errors, faults, defects, viruses or malware.

Engaging and working with Recruitment Agencies via RecruiterSupermarket.com

RecruiterSupermarket.com is not a Recruitment Agency and is not responsible for providing any Recruitment Services displayed via the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms or for setting or controlling the prices or terms we display on behalf of any Third-Party Recruitment Agencies. Any third-party Recruitment Agency which you find and/or engage with via the RecruiterSupermarket.com and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms are provided by independent Recruitment Agencies or other third parties (“Recruitment Service Providers”). RecruiterSupermarket.com facilitates your initial engagement with Recruitment Agencies but is not responsible and has no liability to you in respect of such engagement. The identity of the relevant Recruitment Agency and the terms and conditions applicable to your engagement with them (“Recruitment Agency Terms”) should be notified to you at the time of engagement with the relevant Recruitment Agency and you should ensure that you read and fully understand them before agreeing to your engagement. The Recruitment Agency Terms will set out what rights you have against the Recruitment Agency and will explain their liability to you in the event of anything going wrong. You agree to comply in full with all applicable Recruitment Agency Terms.

Limitations and exclusions of liability

These Terms set out the full extent of RecruiterSupermarket.com obligations and liabilities in respect of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and Platforms.

RecruiterSupermarket.com has no responsibility whatsoever for any arrangements you make with any third party as a result of your use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms (including, without limitation, any Recruitment Agency). In the event that you encounter any problems with any recruitment services you use or attempt to use via RecruiterSupermarket.com, you acknowledge that you should resolve that issue with the relevant third party (save for any engagement made via our Marketplace where our Employer Marketplace Terms will apply) and that your sole remedy in such circumstances, including any refund or compensation, lies with the relevant third party and not with RecruiterSupermarket.com. Where the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms contain links to other sites or resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

You may see advertising material submitted by third parties on the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms. Each individual advertiser is solely responsible for the content of its advertising material and RecruiterSupermarket.com accepts no responsibility for the content of advertising material, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy therein.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (together with our officers, directors, employees, representatives, affiliates, providers and third parties) do not accept any liability for (a) any inaccuracies or omissions in the content displayed on or via the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms; or (b) any act of god, accident, delay or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage of any kind (including, without limitation, lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, incurred by you arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to access or use, the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms or any content contained provided therein.

Subject to these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, our maximum aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your access to, use of, or inability to access or use, the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms shall be limited to the sum of £100 (one hundred pounds Sterling).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude (a) our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law; or (c) your statutory rights.

Your liability to us

Subject to these Terms, you will be responsible and liable to us for all actions, claims, proceedings, costs, damages, losses and expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees) incurred by us or our group, and each of our officers, directors, employees and agents, arising out of, or in any way connected with, your use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms or breach of these Terms.

Termination

RecruiterSupermarket.com may in its absolute discretion immediately terminate any agreement with you under these Terms at any time upon notice to you and/or, if you have a log-in account, by cancelling your membership and your access to your account. RecruiterSupermarket.com may suspend your use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms without notice at any time, without incurring any liability to you whatsoever.

General provisions

You acknowledge that your unauthorised use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms may result in irreparable damage and injury to RecruiterSupermarket.com and/or its affiliates or licensors for which money damages would be inadequate. Consequently, in the event of such unauthorised use, we and our affiliates and/or licensors (as applicable) shall have the right, in addition to any other legal remedies available, to seek an immediate injunction against you prohibiting any further use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision (in whole or part) of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions (in whole or part). The whole or part of any provision which is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable shall be deemed deleted from these Terms.

These Terms are personal to you. You shall not be entitled to assign these Terms in whole or in part to any third party without our prior written consent.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between us and you and supersede and replace all and any previous terms, conditions, agreements and arrangements in respect of your use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms.

We will act promptly to any indications of User Content that is in breach of these Terms. Where you know of or suspect any illegal activities, or know of or suspect that works belonging to you have been infringed, please write to us at the address provided below marked for the attention of our ‘General Counsel’.

Any failure by us to enforce any of these Terms shall not be considered to be a waiver of them or the right to subsequently enforce any of these Terms.

A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right to enforce any provision of these Terms.

Irrespective of the country from which you access or use the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms, to the extent permitted by law these Terms and your use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you are deemed to have submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any disputes which may arise hereunder.

To the extent that you provide us with any suggestions, comments, improvements, ideas or other feedback you hereby assign ownership of all intellectual property rights subsisting in that feedback to us and acknowledge that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose at our discretion.

RecruiterSupermarket.com’s property

Except as set out elsewhere in these Terms, all intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, copyright (including copyright in computer software), patents, trademarks or business names, design rights, database rights, know-how, trade secrets and rights of confidence in the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and Platforms (together, the “Intellectual Property Rights”) are owned by or licensed to RecruiterSupermarket.com. You acknowledge that by using the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or the RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms, you will not acquire any right, title or interest in or to RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms or in or to the Intellectual Property Rights except for the limited licence to use the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms granted to you pursuant to these Terms. You further acknowledge that you have no right to have access to any aspect of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms in source-code form.

Other people’s property

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you have reason to believe that your copyright is being infringed by any content on the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms, please send a written notification of such infringement to the address stated at the beginning of Terms marked for the attention of our ‘General Counsel’.

We provide the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and Platforms on an ‘as is’ basis and expressly disclaim all warranties, conditions and guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and accuracy, as well as any warranties implied by usage of trade, course of dealing or course of performance. Engaging and working with Employers and/or Candidates engaged via RecruiterSupermarket.com

 

RecruiterSupermarket.com is not a Recruitment Agency and is not responsible for providing any Recruitment Services displayed via the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms or for setting or controlling the prices or terms we display on behalf of any Third-Party Recruitment Agencies.

 

Recruitment Agencies who register an account with RecruiterSupermarket.com and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms are able to create a profile which includes but is not limited to their company logo, company background, contact details, specialist sectors and functions along with their personal bio, picture, employment history, clients and live vacancies. Any information provided by users along with any information available in the public domain and information regarding the user’s Marketplace usage statistics and performance may be used by RecruiterSupermarket.com and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms to create a public version of the user’s profile, which may be made visible to users (including but not limited to Employers and Job Seekers/Candidates) of RecruiterSupermarket.com and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms or any other Website within the RecruiterSupermarket.com Group of companies (wholly owned Parent / Subsidiaries). Profiles may be made sortable or searchable to other users of RecruiterSupermarket.com and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms.

 

Users (including but not limited to Employers and Job Seekers/Candidates) may request to engage directly with Recruitment Agencies via RecruiterSupermarket.com and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms, in which case the Recruitment Agency may be notified by RecruiterSupermarket.com that another user wishes to make contact with them. In each case, the Recruitment Agency may decide whether to contact the user or not. By registering for an account with RecruiterSupermarket.com and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms, users are under no obligation to respond to user requests to engage or make contact, though statics on response and/or contact rates mate be collected by RecruiterSupermarket.com, and may be made available to other users.

 

Should a Recruitment Agency choose to engage with another user following an engagement request, they acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. RecruiterSupermarket.com facilitates your initial engagement with other users, but is not responsible and has no liability to you in respect of such engagement. The identity of the relevant user and the terms and conditions applicable to your engagement with them (“Recruitment Agency Terms”) should be disclosed at the time of engagement with the relevant user and you should ensure that you fully explain them before agreeing to your engagement. The Recruitment Agency Terms will set out what rights you have against the user, including any fees or charges payable to you by the user, and will explain their liability to you in the event of anything going wrong. You agree to comply in full with all applicable Recruitment Agency Terms.

 

Limitations and exclusions of liability

These Terms set out the full extent of RecruiterSupermarket.com obligations and liabilities in respect of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and Platforms.

RecruiterSupermarket.com has no responsibility whatsoever for any arrangements you make with any third party as a result of your use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms (including, without limitation, any Employers or Job Seekers/Candidates). In the event that you encounter any problems with any third-parties you engage with via RecruiterSupermarket.com, you acknowledge that you should resolve that issue with the relevant third party (save for any engagement via our Marketplace, where our Recruiter Marketplace Terms will apply) and that your sole remedy in such circumstances, including any refund or compensation, lies with the relevant third-party and not with RecruiterSupermarket.com. Where the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms contain links to other sites or resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

You may see advertising material submitted by third-parties on the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms. Your liability to us

Termination

RecruiterSupermarket.com may in its absolute discretion immediately terminate any agreement with you under these Terms at any time upon notice to you and/or, if you have a log-in account, by cancelling your membership and your access to your account. RecruiterSupermarket.com may suspend your use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms without notice at any time, without incurring any liability to you whatsoever.

General provisions

You acknowledge that your unauthorised use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms may result in irreparable damage and injury to RecruiterSupermarket.com and/or its affiliates or licensors for which money damages would be inadequate. Consequently, in the event of such unauthorised use, we and our affiliates and/or licensors (as applicable) shall have the right, in addition to any other legal remedies available, to seek an immediate injunction against you prohibiting any further use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision (in whole or part) of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions (in whole or part). The whole or part of any provision which is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable shall be deemed deleted from these Terms.

These Terms are personal to you. You shall not be entitled to assign these Terms in whole or in part to any third party without our prior written consent.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between us and you and supersede and replace all and any previous terms, conditions, agreements and arrangements in respect of your use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms.

We will act promptly to any indications of User Content that is in breach of these Terms. Where you know of or suspect any illegal activities, or know of or suspect that works belonging to you have been infringed, please write to us at the address provided below marked for the attention of our ‘General Counsel’.

Any failure by us to enforce any of these Terms shall not be considered to be a waiver of them or the right to subsequently enforce any of these Terms.

A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right to enforce any provision of these Terms.

Irrespective of the country from which you access or use the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms, to the extent permitted by law these Terms and your use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you are deemed to have submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any disputes which may arise hereunder.

EMPLOYER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Introduction

 

RecruiterSuperMarket.com is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11021161 and having its registered office address at 359 Goswell Road, London, England, EC1V 7JL (RecruiterSupermarket.com).

 

If you are a representative of an Employer using our Website directly or you are being provided with an Account Managed Service (Employer Account Holder) these Terms apply to you in addition to our Website Terms Use and Privacy Policy in relation to each and every Candidate CV which is provided to you by RecruiterSupermarket.com or through our Website. Our Agreement is with the Employer Account Holder and the Employer on whose behalf the Employer Account Holder is acting.

 

Using the features described in these Terms will require you to open an account or, if you are being provided with an Account Managed Service, we will open an account on your behalf. The opening and continuation of any account on our Website is at our discretion. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you but we may otherwise refuse to open or terminate an account without any liability to the account holder at any time without being required to give a reason.

 

Definitions & Interpretation

In this document, the following definitions apply (in addition to the other definitions set out in this document):

 

Account Managed Service: the service available to an Employer which involves RecruiterSupermarket.com managing the Employer’s account on our Website on the Employer’s behalf.

 

Agreement: the agreement between RecruiterSupermarket.com, Employer Account Holders and Employers formed upon acceptance of these Terms.

 

Candidate: a candidate submitted by a Recruiter using our Website for consideration in connection with a Posted Vacancy.

 

Employers: organisations who wish to engage with us to find candidates to work for them as employees or on a self-employed basis.

 

Employer Account Holder: is defined in the Introduction.

 

Job Board Services: our services facilitating the posting of vacancies to multiple third party job boards and social media applications.

 

Known: a Candidate becomes Known to an Employer when the Employer views the Candidate’s CV provided that the Candidate was not previously known to the Employer.

 

Placed: a Candidate is considered to have been Placed when they accept an offer to work in a Posted Vacancy or another vacancy with the same Employer (a group company of the Employer), whether as an employee or on a self-employed basis, within six months of having become Known to the Employer through our Website and PlacingPlaces and Placement shall be interpreted accordingly.

 

Posted Vacancy: a vacancy posted by an Employer (or RecruiterSupermarket.com acting on the Employer’s behalf) to our Recruitment Marketplace using our Website.

 

RecuiterSupermarket.com Group: our group of companies which includes RecruiterSupermarket.com Ltd. and/or any other parent or subsidiary

 

Recruitment Marketplace/Marketplace: our service which matches Recruiters with Employers as defined in this document.

 

Terms: the terms set out in this document.

 

Terms and Conditions: these Terms plus our Website Use Terms and Privacy Policy.

 

Website: the website at RecruiterSupermarket.com.

 

 

Acceptance of Terms

The acceptance of these Terms may occur in any of the following ways:

  • an Employer Account Holder views a Candidate CV provided by com or through our Website;
  • these Terms are brought to your attention and you request to become an Employer Account Holder;
  • you apply to become an Employer Account Holder through our Website; or
  • you otherwise accept these Terms.

 

 

Employer’s Responsibilities

Employer Account Holders and Employers agree to keep CVs and other information relating to Candidates disclosed to them confidential and not to use that information for any purpose other than considering a Candidate for a role within the Employer’s business.

Employer Account Holders and Employers agree to notify RecruiterSupermarket.com immediately when a Candidate is Placed in a Posted Vacancy, to provide us with the Candidate’s start date, salary and benefits and any revised start dates and to confirm whether the Candidate is still in post (or otherwise engaged by the Employer) on the expiration of the Rebate Period.

 

 

Our Services

Our services to Employer Account Holders/Employers comprise:

  • providing access to the Recruitment Marketplace; and
  • our Job Board Services.

 

We reserve the right to withdraw and modify our services and to make free services chargeable at any time.  Where services via RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms are chargeable, any fees and/or costs will be made clear to the user via our RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms at the time.

 

Recruitment Marketplace

 

Our Recruitment Marketplace (as outlined below), may be delivered via our Website, Platform or Application, or any other Website or Platform owned or operated by the RecruiterSupermarket.com Group.

 

An Employer Account Holder may post a vacancy to the Recruitment Marketplace by adding a description of the role to be filled and setting the maximum fee (which may be expressed as a fixed fee or a % of salary) which the Employer is prepared to pay for the successful recruitment of a candidate (Employer’s Maximum Fee). At this stage the Employer will be anonymous. Recruiters may apply to work on a Posted Vacancy for any fee up to the level of the Employer’s Maximum Fee. Where a fee is expressed as a % of salary, unless otherwise stated this is a % of the Placed Candidate’s [gross annual basic salary or fees for the first year of service].

 

Acceptance of a Recruiter’s application to work on a role will be discretionary on the part of the Employer Account Holder.

Upon acceptance of a Recruiter’s application the Employer’s details may be revealed enabling the Recruiter to begin work on the Posted Vacancy on a non-exclusive basis. The fee accepted (plus VAT) (the Recruitment Fee) will be the total fee which may become payable to RecruiterSupermarket.com Group by the Employer if a Candidate is Placed through our Website.

The CV of each Candidate submitted in relation to a Posted Vacancy will become available to view in the Employer Account Holder’s account.

 

Recruitment Fees

 

The Recruitment Fee is divided into two parts. Part of the Recruitment Fee is a service fee payable by the Employer to us (Service Fee). The remaining part of the Recruitment Fee (plus VAT) is the Recruiter’s Fee. If a Recruiter has applied to work on the role on a standard basis the Service Fee is 25%. If a Recruiter has applied to work on the role on a premium basis, the Service Fee is 10% of the Recruitment Fee. If the Recruiter has applied to work on the role on a pro basis, the Service Fee is waived and 100% of the Recruitment Fee (plus VAT) is the Recruiter’s Fee.

 

We will invoice the Employer for the full Recruitment Fee when we become aware that a Candidate has been Placed with the Employer.  The Recruitment Fee becomes due the date the candidate commences employment (Candidate Start Date) with the Employer, and be should be paid within 30 days of this date. Following receipt by us, the Recruiter’s Fee will be held until the Rebate Period (if any) has elapsed. The Rebate Period is the period during which some or all of the Recruiter’s Fee will be refundable if the Candidate leaves the Employer’s employment. The Rebate Period and the commercial terms applying during the Rebate Period may be set by the Employer when posting a vacancy and the Employer may also stipulate at that time that no Rebate Period will apply. If the Employer does not otherwise specify, the Rebate Period will be 60 days following the Candidate Start Date. If the Employer does not otherwise specify, the full Recruiter’s Fee will be refunded or credited to the Employer if the Candidate ceases to be employed by the Employer before the end of the Rebate Period save that if the Employer has failed to pay the Recruitment Fee to us within 30 days following the Candidate Start Date, any refund or credit will be forfeited.

 

If no refund or credit is made to the Employer and RecruiterSupermarket.com has received the full amount of the Recruitment Fee, the Recruiter’s Fee will be paid to the Recruiter in accordance with the Recruiter Marketplace Terms and Conditions.

 

If the Recruitment Fee is not paid when due, RecruiterSupermarket.com reserves the right to assign all or any part of the Employer’s debt to the Recruiter.

 

Employer Account Holders and Employers agree not to engage in any arrangement or practice which is designed to circumvent the payment of fees to RecruiterSupermarket.com.

 

Account Managed Service

 

If you are being provided with an Account Managed Service, your experience will be similar to using a traditional recruitment agency. RecruiterSupermarket.com will open an account for you on our Website and this will be accessible to you at all times. However, RecruiterSupermarket.com will run the account on your behalf as account manager. In particular, we will agree with you the maximum fees or commissions which you are willing to pay in relation to each vacancy you wish us to post to our Recruitment Marketplace and collect all of the information required to complete the posting. We will then determine which Recruiters will work on the vacancy and notify you once a Candidate has been shortlisted.

 

Posting to Job Boards 

 

In addition to posting a vacancy to the Recruitment Marketplace you may, if you are using our Website directly, post the vacancy to the job boards and to the social media applications from time to time supported by our software. Posting to some job boards is provided free of charge to direct users of our software but charges, as advertised on our Website, apply to premium job boards.

 

If we are providing Job Board Services as part of an Account Managed Service, the charges applicable will be as agreed with the Employer.

 

Limitations and exclusions of liability

These Terms set out the full extent of RecruiterSupermarket.com obligations and liabilities in respect of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and Platforms.

Irrespective of the country from which you access or use the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms, to the extent permitted by law these Terms and your use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you are deemed to have submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any disputes which may arise hereunder. 

Feedback

 

Our Website includes a feedback function. If you decide to leave feedback, you should comment on the performance of Recruiters in a measured and accurate manner, refrain from the use of abusive or inflammatory language and comply with the Acceptable Use policy and Content Standards set out in our Terms of Website Use. Please think carefully before leaving negative feedback. Should you decide not to leave feedback, we may leave feedback on your behalf on the performance of Recruiters who have worked on vacancies Posted by you and/or on your behalf to our Marketplace. If you object or wish to change or have removed feedback left on your behalf you may so by simply letting us know via admin@recruitersupermarket.com.

 

We will not take down feedback simply because it is critical of the performance of Recruiters. All users agree that the final decision about whether feedback should continue to be available on our Website will be ours and further agree that they will not take any legal action against us in connection with the publication of feedback which we consider (in our absolute discretion) to be warranted.

 

Privacy

Candidate data is provided solely for the purpose of the Employer considering the Candidate for a role within the Employer’s organization and should not be processed for any other purposes save where this is required by law. Recruiter data should be processed solely for the purpose of working with the Recruiter in relation to the Employer’s recruitment processes.

 

Confidentiality

By using our Service, you will be given access to features of our Website which we consider to be confidential. You agree not to use your access to the Website for the purpose of creating a duplicate or similar service in any jurisdiction.

 

Indemnity

 

The Employer Account Holder and Employer agree to indemnify RecruiterSupermarket.com in relation to all losses, costs and expenses caused by breaches of our Terms and Conditions by the Employer Account Holder.

 

Changes

 

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms. Changes will have a prospective effect only and will not affect our respective obligations in relation to Placements which occurred prior to the date of change (whether the Candidate’s start date is before or after the date of change). If we consider a change to be material, we may (in our absolute discretion) alert you to the fact that the change has been made. However, it is your responsibility to check this page before engaging in any activity on our Website, as continued use of our Website will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

 

Confidential Information

 

By registering as a user of our Website, you will be given access to features of our Website which we consider to be confidential. You agree not to use your access to the Website for the purpose of creating a duplicate or similar service in any jurisdiction.

RECRUITER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Introduction

 

RecruiterSuperMarket.com is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11021161 and having its registered office address at 359 Goswell Road, London, England, EC1V 7JL (RecruiterSupermarket.com).

 

If you are a Recruitment Agency (“Recruitment Agency”, or “Recruiter”) by using our Website you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our Website Use Terms and Privacy Policy. Our Agreement is with both the individual Recruiter and any employment agency on whose behalf the Recruiter is acting and references to “you” or to “the Recruiter” shall include a reference to any such Recruitment Agency.

 

Using the features described in these Terms will require you to open an account or we may open an account for you. The opening and continuation of any account on our Website or Platform is at our discretion. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you but we may otherwise refuse to open or terminate an account without any liability to the account holder at any time without being required to give a reason.

 

Definitions & Interpretation

 

In this document, the following definitions apply (in addition to the other definitions set out in this document):

 

Agreement: your agreement with us, formed when you use our Website for the first time or otherwise accept these Terms.

 

Candidate: a candidate submitted by a Recruiter using our Website for consideration in connection with a Posted Vacancy.

 

Candidate Exchange: our marketplace which enables Recruiters to collaborate to fill roles.

 

Employer Account Holder: as defined in the Employer Marketplace Terms

 

Employers: organisations who wish to engage with us to find Recruiters to help them find candidates to work for them as employees or on a self-employed basis.

 

Known: a Candidate becomes Known to an Employer when the Employer views the Candidate’s CV provided that the Candidate was not previously known to the Employer.

 

Placed: a Candidate is considered to have been Placed when they accept an offer to work in a Posted Vacancy or another vacancy with the same Employer, whether as an employee or on a self-employed basis, within six months of having become Known to the Employer through our Website and PlacingPlaces and Placement shall be interpreted accordingly.

 

Posted Vacancy: a vacancy posted by an Employer to our Recruitment Marketplace using our Website.

 

Recruitment Marketplace/Marketplace: our service which matches Recruiters with Employers as defined in this document.

 

Recruiting Software Services: the services available from our Website which assist Recruiters to manage the recruitment process, including job board services but excluding the Recruitment Marketplace.

 

Recruiters: recruiters who wish to engage with us.

 

RecuiterSupermarket.com Group: our group of companies which includes RecruiterSupermarket.com Ltd. and/or any other parent or subsidiary.

 

Terms: the terms set out in this document.

 

Terms and Conditions: these Terms plus our Website Use Terms and Privacy Policy.

Recruiter’s Responsibilities

 

Recruiters agree to comply with the Employment Agencies Act 1973, the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (as amended) and any and all other laws and regulations which apply to their activities in relation to Candidates submitted by them.

 

Recruiters agree that they will undertake appropriate and reasonable steps to screen Candidates before providing their CVs to Employers. Recruiters are responsible for verifying the right of each Candidate to work in the UK.

 

A Recruiter should never submit a candidate to an Employer through our Website without:

 

  • first verifying that the candidate concerned is willing to work in the Posted Vacancy;

 

  • obtaining consent to the release of his CV to com and the Employer (whether as part of a general consent or specifically in relation to the Employer);

 

  • informing the Candidate of the identity of com and the Employer as new data controllers of their personal data (see further below under the heading ‘Privacy’); and

 

  • where a posted vacancy involves working for, caring for or attending a vulnerable person, confirming the identity of the Candidate and that the Candidate has the relevant experience, training, qualifications and authorisations.

Recruiters must not submit Candidates who are known to be unsuitable for a Posted Vacancy and where a Recruiter finds out that a person is unsuitable for a Posted Vacancy within three months of submitting the Candidate, the Recruiter must inform RecruiterSupermarket.com and the Employer without delay.

 

For the avoidance of doubt, membership of our Website does not prevent a Recruiter from continuing to place candidates independently of us, but Recruiters agree that they will not submit candidates to an Employer in relation to a Posted Vacancy independently of us.

 

Our Services

Our services to Recruiters comprise:

  • providing access to the Recruitment Marketplace; and
  • our Recruiting Software Services.

We reserve the right to withdraw and modify our services and to make free services chargeable at any time.  Where services via RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms are chargeable, any fees and/or costs will be made clear to the user via our RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms at the time.

 

Recruitment Marketplace

 

Our Recruitment Marketplace (as outlined below), may be delivered via our Website, Platform or Application, or any other Website or Platform owned or operated by the RecruiterSupermarket.com Group.

 

When posting a role to the Recruitment Marketplace, an Employer will provide particulars of the role and set the maximum fee (which may be expressed as a fixed fee or a %) which they are prepared to pay for the successful recruitment of a candidate (Employer’s Maximum Fee). Recruiters may apply to work on a Posted Vacancy for any fee up to the level of the Employer’s Maximum Fee. Where a fee is expressed as a %, this is a % of the Placed Candidate’s [gross annual basic salary or fees for the first year of service].

 

In relation to each Posted Vacancy, Recruiters may apply to work on the role on a ‘standard’, ‘premium’ or ‘pro’ basis. An agreed fee is payable to us in advance by the Recruiter upon submission of a premium or pro application. Acceptance of a Recruiter’s application to work on a role will be discretionary on the part of the Employer Account Holder unless the Recruiter has submitted a premium or pro application in which case acceptance will be automatic.

 

Upon acceptance of a Recruiter’s application the Employer’s contact details will be revealed (unless the Employer is working with Post & Place on an account managed basis) enabling the Recruiter to begin work on the Posted Vacancy on a non-exclusive basis. Unless the recruiter is provided with contact information for an Employer, all contact should be through the Website. The fee accepted (plus VAT) (the Recruitment Fee) will be the total fee which may become payable to RecuiterSupermarket.com Group by the Employer if the Recruiter successfully Places a Candidate.

 

The CV of each Candidate submitted in relation to a Posted Vacancy will become available to view in the account from which the vacancy was posted. The Candidate may then be shortlisted or rejected. Interviewees will usually be drawn from the shortlisted Candidates but Employers can invite any of the Candidates submitted to them for interview.

 

Recruitment Fees

 

The Recruitment Fee is divided into two parts. Part of the Recruitment Fee is a service fee payable by the Employer to us (Service Fee). The remaining part of the Recruitment Fee (plus VAT) is the Recruiter’s Fee. If a Recruiter has applied to work on the role on a standard basis the Service Fee is 25%. If a Recruiter has applied to work on the role on a premium basis, the Service Fee is 10% of the Recruitment Fee. If the Recruiter has applied to work on the role on a pro basis, the Service Fee is waived and 100% of the Recruitment Fee (plus VAT) is the Recruiter’s Fee.

 

We will invoice the Employer for the full Recruitment Fee when we become aware that a Placed Candidate has commenced work with the Employer. Following receipt by us, the Recruiter’s Fee will be held until the Rebate Period (if any) has elapsed. The Rebate Period is the period during which some or all of the Recruiter’s Fee will be refundable if the Candidate ceases to be engaged by the Employer (in any capacity). The Rebate Period and the commercial terms applying during the Rebate Period may be set by the Employer when posting a vacancy and the Employer may also stipulate at that time that no Rebate Period will apply. If the Employer does not otherwise specify, the Rebate Period will be 60 days following the candidate’s start date. If the Employer does not otherwise specify, the full Recruiter’s Fee will be refunded or credited in full to the Employer if the Candidate leaves the employment of the Employer during the Rebate Period save that if the Employer has failed to pay the Recruitment Fee to us within 30 days of the date of the candidate’s start date, any refund or credit is at our discretion.

 

Recruiters may invoice us for the Recruiter’s Fee after (as the case may be):

  • we have received the full amount of the Recruitment Fee if no Rebate Period applies;
  • we have received the full amount of the Recruitment Fee and we have verified that the Candidate continued to be engaged by the Employer after the end of the Rebate Period;
  • we have received the full amount of the Recruitment Fee and the Candidate did not continue to be engaged by the Employer after the end of the Rebate Period and Post & Place have informed the Recruiter that it has exercised its discretion not to refund the Recruiter’s Fee due to late payment by the Employer.

 

For the avoidance of doubt, the Recruiter will not be entitled to invoice or receive the Recruiter’s Fee if Post & Place does not receive payment of the full amount of the Recruitment Fee. We will determine what action to take in each case in the event of non-payment of the Recruitment Fee and Recruiters should not contact Employers directly in relation to unpaid fees. We may (but shall not be required to) assign the right to recover the Recruiter’s Fee to the Recruiter, or the employment agency on whose behalf the Recruiter is acting and where we do so we shall have no further obligation to the Recruiter in relation to the Placement concerned.

 

Payment terms applying to the Recruiter’s invoice will be 30 days after receipt by Post & Place of the invoice together with VAT if the Recruiter presented a valid VAT invoice.

 

Recruiters agree not to engage in any arrangement or practice which is designed to circumvent the payment of fees for the use of our Website and agree to be jointly and severally liable for our loss of income where they do so.

 

Payment of fees to the account nominated by the Recruiter will be an absolute discharge of our obligation to make payment and we will have no responsibility for the application of the funds after payment.

 

 

Privacy

 

‘Personal data’ within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 1998 will be processed by RecuiterSupermarket.com in accordance with our privacy policy as data controller.

 

You and any employment agency on whose behalf you act warrant that personal data has been collected lawfully and that you may lawfully disclose this to us for processing in accordance with our privacy policy. In particular, it is the responsibility of the Recruiter to ensure that Candidates are made aware in advance of their personal data being submitted to RecuiterSupermarket.com that this transfer will take place and of the identity of RecuiterSupermarket.com and the Employer as separate data controllers of the personal data which will be transferred.

 

You will be able to remove personal data relating to Candidates from our Recruiting Software Services but personal data relating to Candidates which is added to the Recruitment Marketplace or Candidate Exchange can only be deleted by us.

 

Feedback

 

Our Website includes a feedback function. Recruiters agree and acknowledge that we do not monitor comments made by other users of the Website and agree that we will not be liable in connection with the publication of inaccurate or unlawful comments by Employers, their representatives or any persons gaining unauthorised access to our Website.

 

If you consider that feedback is unfair or have any other concerns, please contact us at info@RecuiterSupermarket.com. We will not take down feedback simply because it is critical of the performance of Recruiters. All users agree that the final decision about whether feedback should continue to be available on our Website will be ours and further agree that they will not take any legal action against us in connection with the publication of feedback which we consider (in our absolute discretion) to be warranted.

 

We may use feedback, along with any other information provided to us by users or that is available in the public domain along with statistics based on our platform usage to create user profiles, lists and/or league tables which may be made visible and available to other users and/or the public on our website or any other website within the RecruiterSupermarket.com Group.

 

Candidate Exchange

 

The Candidate Exchange is a free tool which enables Recruiters to collaborate in order to fill roles. It is the responsibility of the Recruiters themselves to agree upon the terms which will apply to any particular role. The Candidate Exchange works similarly to the Recruitment Marketplace by allowing Recruiters to post vacancies, together with the terms which they are willing to offer to collaborating Recruiters. The posting Recruiter can then accept or reject applications from fellow recruiters. We are not responsible for the collection or disbursement of any monies in connection with the Candidates Exchange and all invoices should be raised to the posting Recruiter or the employment agency on whose behalf they are acting. We have no responsibility for the conduct of Recruiters using the Candidate Exchange.

 

Limitations and exclusions of liability

These Terms set out the full extent of RecruiterSupermarket.com obligations and liabilities in respect of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and Platforms.

RecruiterSupermarket.com has no responsibility whatsoever for any arrangements you make with any third party as a result of your use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms (including, without limitation, any Recruitment Agency). In the event that you encounter any problems with any recruitment services you use or attempt to use via RecruiterSupermarket.com, you acknowledge that you should resolve that issue with the relevant third party and that your sole remedy in such circumstances, including any refund or compensation, lies with the relevant third party and not with RecruiterSupermarket.com. Where the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms contain links to other sites or resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

You may see advertising material submitted by third parties on the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms. Each individual advertiser is solely responsible for the content of its advertising material and RecruiterSupermarket.com accepts no responsibility for the content of advertising material, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy therein.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude (a) our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law; or (c) your statutory rights.

Your liability to us

Termination

RecruiterSupermarket.com may in its absolute discretion immediately terminate any agreement with you under these Terms at any time upon notice to you and/or, if you have a log-in account, by cancelling your membership and your access to your account. RecruiterSupermarket.com may suspend your use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms without notice at any time, without incurring any liability to you whatsoever.

General provisions

You acknowledge that your unauthorised use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms may result in irreparable damage and injury to RecruiterSupermarket.com and/or its affiliates or licensors for which money damages would be inadequate. Consequently, in the event of such unauthorised use, we and our affiliates and/or licensors (as applicable) shall have the right, in addition to any other legal remedies available, to seek an immediate injunction against you prohibiting any further use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision (in whole or part) of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions (in whole or part). These Terms are personal to you. You shall not be entitled to assign these Terms in whole or in part to any third party without our prior written consent.

We will act promptly to any indications of User Content that is in breach of these Terms. Any failure by us to enforce any of these Terms shall not be considered to be a waiver of them or the right to subsequently enforce any of these Terms.

A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right to enforce any provision of these Terms.

Irrespective of the country from which you access or use the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms, to the extent permitted by law these Terms and your use of the RecruiterSupermarket.com Services and/or RecruiterSupermarket.com Platforms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you are deemed to have submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any disputes which may arise hereunder.
