While working in the NHS and private laboratories as a Biomedical Scientist in Clinical Biochemistry, I started working part-time as a freelance recruiter. At first I used splitfee recruitment websites where I got jobs to find suitable candidates without called calling clients. There, I built relationships with clients, employers, other recruiters and candidates, and I also learnt CV searching and candidate selection skills. Moreover, I also took some online study courses on recruitment and read a lot of books and articles to sharpen my skills, expertise and knowledge of this industry. After successfully placing candidates into employment through splitfee websites and offline for four and a half years, I decided to form a company and work full-time for my company as a recruitment consultant. Thus in September 2015, Tpendes Recruitment Ltd was born. My main goal is to make this a very prosperous recruitment agency making many successful placements everyday.
