TEAM SECRETARY

An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client for an experienced Secretary with excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner to join their busy Consultancy office in Birmingham City Centre.

You will be responsible for assisting the team across a varied range of administrative duties include:

·         Diary management,

·         Project administration in line with ISO,

·         Document control

·         Data Input, dictation and typing

·         invoices and general administrative tasks.

·         Managing marketing events.

·         Arranging meetings/appointments

They are looking for a professional individual who is flexible in their approach and who can learn their systems and processes quickly. This role will report to an Office Manager who is based at another office in Birmingham so travel to this office may be required for Team Meetings and for supporting the wider Birmingham Administration team.

Candidates are therefore required to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Requirements:

·         Minimum of two year’s office secretarial experience

·         GCSE qualified (or equivalent)

·         Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of all Microsoft office packages.
