Our client, Klass Ladies Wear, requires Part-time Sales Assistants for its concession located within the Outlet at Moreton Park, Nr Chirk, LL14 5DG.
You must have a passion for retail and keen to offer a high level of customer service to Klass customers.
Klass Ladies Wear was established in 1985 and has progressed to have over 150 stores including standalone stores and concessions throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland. They have a fantastic range of stylish and sophisticated yet affordable and coordinated ladies fashion.
You will:
● Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for the customers and ensure ease of shopping experience.
● Communicate with customers and take time to understand their needs and attend to requirements effectively.
● Find ways to successfully maximize any sales opportunities.
● Demonstrate excellent time management, particularly over busy periods with multiple customers and increase store productivity.
● Actively participate in merchandising activities including store display and overall store maintenance.
● Maintain a professional personal appearance.
● Accurate use of the till to register payments, returns etc.
● Actively develop customer database and ensure optimization of customer loyalty
You should have:
● Sales or customer service experience in a retail environment.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish excellent relationships with customers, co-workers, and management.
● Good time management and organizational skills.
You will be working in 16 hours per week over 4 days. Full training will be provided.
Rate: £7.83 ph
