Our client, Finer Packaging is recruiting a customer service administrator to be based at their offices in Wembley. They are the UK's leading jewelry & gift packaging suppliers, celebrating their 61st birthday this year!
As the successful candidate, you will be passionate about helping every customer as quickly and efficiently as possible.
You will be driven to help every customer providing guidance, taking orders, raising invoices and resolving queries quickly and efficiently. You will work as part of a team, engaging and supporting your colleagues to deliver excellent service to their customers. You will have engaging conversations, a passion for delivering for their customers.
You will also be responsible for:
The management of their Amazon, and eBay e-commerce platforms & their Magento website.
Managing customer conversations and communications in an efficient, helpful and knowledgeable manner in order to deliver brilliant customer satisfaction
Helping and contributing towards the development of less experienced colleagues to raise standards and expertise across the team
Support your colleagues with any questions they may have.
You will have:
● Experience managing Amazon, eBay, and Magento websites
● An understanding of accounting systems and invoicing preferrable Opera - but training will be given
● Experience in a customer service role is useful
● Excellent customer service skills
● The ability to build relationships internally and externally
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per Annum (Depending on Experiences).
