Job Description:

Our thriving Real Estate Litigation team requires a 4-6 PQE property litigator to handle a wide range of commercial and residential disputes, giving sound and timely legal advice to clients.

This is a broad ranging role with the opportunity to take considerable responsibility.  The successful person will:

• have 4 -6 years’ experience in commercial and residential property litigation within a dedicated real estate litigation team;
• have experience of acting primarily for landlords across a wide range of industries including high profile developers, retailers, hotel and leisure groups, telecommunications companies;
• as a minimum, have experience in rights to buy, lease enfranchisement, lease renewals under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954;
• have strong academics, minimum of 2.1;
• have first class technical skills, financial and commercial awareness;
• readily take individual responsibility whilst being a genuine team player;
• be accustomed to exceeding the expectations of a demanding entrepreneurial client base.
