Advanced Nurse Practitioner (1)
Job Description:
One Medical Group, are recruiting for Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join their team working at Priory Avenue and Circuit Lane Surgery in Reading.
Our practice teams have a wide skill set and consist of GPs, practice nurses, advanced nurse practitioners and healthcare assistants, underpinned by an experienced clerical team. The practices uses the EMIS web clinical system and delivers innovate care through a combination of face to face and telephone consultations.
One Medical Group are looking to recruit experienced and highly motivated ANPs interested in delivering care to patients in fresh and innovate ways as part of an MDT.

Applicants must hold a current NMC registration and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Experience in managing acute illness and experience in delivering home visits is desirable.
