Job Description:

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious Restaurant Manager to oversee and run the daily food and beverage operation in one of our eight restaurants based in the spectacular Celtic Manor Resort.

We require a highly skilled Restaurant Manager who has a hands-on approach and an ability to demonstrate they are capable of innovation, inspiring, training and leading a team. You will need a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service to all of our guests.

The Role

Based in a world class, five star Resort, the restaurant will have a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service will make you an ideal candidate for the challenging role. Your experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5 star property or high end restaurant will allow you to demonstrate evidence of excellent people management skills and the ability to deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues. We have high service levels within a volume environment.

You will also ideally be qualified to Diploma level minimum (or equivalent).

£27,500 per annum plus service charge
