Job Description:
medThis role demands a hardworking, committed individual with a wide skillset and exceptional attention to detail. Working closely with our representatives on the road, you’ll expertly manage their diaries to maximise geographical efficiency. And for our office-based staff, you’ll provide vital assistance by liaising with clients, processing production updates and sending client literature. With your friendly telephone manner and exemplary standards of written and spoken communication will ensure you deliver the world-class service we’re renowned for.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the diaries of our five on-the-road representatives to maximise efficiency
- Arranging accommodation and travel
- Liaising with clients by telephone and email
- Working closely with key departments to maintain strong communication channels
- Preparing packs for client visits
- Processing updates to client productions
- Necessary administration, including filing, answering calls and handling post as and when required
- Providing vital support to the Retention team
Skills, knowledge and experience required:
- Effective personal organisation – you’ll be a self-starter with drive, ambition and creativity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of UK postcodes and expertise in route planning
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong IT skills
- A dedicated team player with drive and initiative
- Flexible, enthusiastic, proactive and organised approach to work
