Job Description:
In order to keep up with demand Latimer are looking for an exceptional individual to join their thriving business development team. Working closely with the Directors of Sales, the role assumes responsibility for finding, maintaining and developing key business relationships. The role offers a varied and exciting opportunity and is pivotal to the on-going development of the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
– Vigorously prospect new business opportunities through networking and relationship development.
– Plan and manage your sales pipeline according to an agreed business development strategy.
– Identify and evaluate 3rd sector organisations, brands, funders, broadcasters and other partners with potential to benefit from Latimer Group’s services.
– Identify the decision makers; set up appointments and meet with them in person.
– Project manage response to client briefs.
– Provide commercial recommendations and use initiative to identify and explore new/better services we can offer.
– Keep up-to-date with industry developments with a particular focus on digital technology and youth culture.
– Represent Latimer Group off-site at meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
– Develop Latimer’s profile throughout the UK and EMEA.
