We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified Chef de Partie to assist in running our Epicure Fine Dining Restaurant by Richard Davies at The Celtic Manor Resort.

One of two Signature restaurants of The Celtic Manor Resort, this exquisite modern dining experience is sure to impress with its intricate menus and fresh, intense flavours. 

Situated within the Resort Hotel, the restaurant's cascading crystal chandeliers and walnut floorboards create a stunning, modern ambience in which to savour this sumptuous fine dining occasion.

As Chef de Partie you will be standards driven, strive for perfection and have a genuine drive and ambition. You will be expected to continue the food concept development and produce cuisine of exceptional quality and appearance.

We are expecting candidates to demonstrate:

• Experience in a quality food service establishment
• Experience in an minimun of a 2 Rosette Restaurant
• Preferable Michelin Level
• A step up from Demi Chef
• A hands-on approach
• Relevant Food Hygiene qualification
