We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to work in a cutting edge Restaurant in the heart of Leicester, situated within the Grand Hotel and dedicated to offering fabulous dining.

Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Restaurant from ensuring exacting service standards are met to the tight management of the P&L accounts. The Restaurant opened in February 2015 so you will be required to build on the previous 10 months, continue to inspire and develop a tight knit team to deliver the most memorable dining experience in Leicestershire and take the restaurant to the next level.

You will need a wealth of experience from managing multi revenue streams and have previous experience of running a high volume, branded Restaurant at the highest levels would be advantageous. A proven track record for customer service is as important as one for cost management and revenue growth.

A love for a challenge and a positive reaction to working under pressure will be key to the successful candidate.
