Events Operations Manager (1)
Job Description:
Required immediately due to business expansion; we are seeking an experienced Events Operations
Manager to organise and deliver high profile dinners and parties in some of the Capital’s most
exclusive venues including St Paul’s Cathedral; Abbey Road Studios, Cutty Sark, Westminster Abbey and The Science Museum.
The right candidate will be a hardworking, polished individual who has delivered a strong portfolio of
successful events working to stringent standards in a range of relevant venues. This is a hands-on
role and requires a varied skillset including financial control; logistics; event design and leadership of
Front and Back of House teams; they will work seamlessly with the sales team on pitches, tastings
and event coordination.
This role will commence immediately and runs initially for six months, with the option to extend or
become permanent.
We are Harbour & Jones Events, winner of Event Magazine Caterer of the Year 2014/15 and part of
the dynamic and fast growing Harbour & Jones business. We cater in over 20 Central London venues
as well as being accredited in many Unique Venues of London. Our high profile blue chip clients
demand bespoke, elegant, experiential events and expect the highest level of service.
We offer a salary of £38,000 and 20 days holiday (both pro rata). You will be joining a talented team and will have the opportunity to shape a growing business. Our office is on Charing Cross Road and Production Kitchen is in Bermondsey.
