Job Description:
Our client is urgently looking for a full time permanent Administrator to work 37.5hrs per week.
The suitable candidate must have experience in managing and driving recruitment, advertising, processing candidates on recruitment system, completing pre-employment checks, managing personnel documentation and following HR processes.
Our client is located in a rural area near the town of Heathfield, within a short drive of Eastbourne and Tunbridge Wells, our client is an inpatient hospital for men and women who have acquired brain injury or neuro-degenerative illnesses.
We are looking to appoint an experienced administrator who will be
instrumental in helping our service enable the delivery of excellent care and
support. The role will be varied and no two days will be the same so you will
need to be organised, efficient and willing to help out in whatever is required.
The administrator role has key responsibilities which include payroll
processing, incoming processing, financial management of petty cash and
financial transactions, minute taking, filing, recruitment processing, HR
management and processing, communication and letter writing, general
administration. This role may include the management of other administrative personnel.
Full training is given for development within HR and Recruitment as a specialist area.
