The role
This is an exciting entry level position into the world of IT for a proven hard-working, dedicated individual. As a Junior Support Executive, your primary role will be to provide technical support to candidates applying to our broad array of clients.
You will be based in our Wimbledon Park office and be part of the Client Services team, who support and train our clients. You will be provided with training and will be able to build a career in the exciting HR Technology sector.
Key responsibilities:
• Resolve a minimum of 60 candidate queries a day
• Investigate and escalate issues with the candidate interface
• Identify changes that would improve the candidate experience and reduce queries.
Levels of Contact
• Within WCN you will be working primarily with 1st / 2nd Line Client Support teams based in London, Business System Analysts and the Technical team.
Key skills & experience
• This role would suit a school leaver with a demonstrable interest in IT. This can be demonstrated via qualifications taken or through evidence of technology/IT activities outside of education
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Possess excellent written communication skills
• Able to work efficiently
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent customer facing skills
• Strong team working skills
• Passionate about technology
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and outlook.
