The role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world leading e-recruitment product and engage with a prestigious client base. You will need to be customer focussed, with an interest in IT/Technology and have some basic configuration skills. However, we open to considering those with a strong customer focussed skill set who are able to demonstrate an interest in developing IT skills, or who have come from a recruitment or HR background and want to join the innovative world of e-recruitment.

 

You will be a member of the Client Support team, and your primary role will be to provide 1st Line email and telephone support to our broad array of clients. You will be based in our Wimbledon Park office.

 

Key responsibilities of the Client Support team:

• 1st point of contact for all client queries.

• Provide system advice, make small changes, manage large change requests, resolve configuration issues and escalate technical issues.

• Management of requests from initiation to resolution Quickly develop your IT and customer service skills in this role and be part of a great and fun team!

 

 

Key skills & experience

• Experience in either a software support role, or Recruitment, or HR technology or a customer services role.

• Ideally a Maths/science/IT based degree and/or A-levels, but would consider a demonstrable interest in IT if not able to display through education.

• Previous telephone and email customer service experience

• Possess excellent written communication skills

• Able to work efficiently

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills

• Excellent customer facing skills

• Strong team working skills

• Knowledge of internet technologies

• Passionate about technology

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
