• Own the responsibility for selling existing and new products
• Help our client enter new (international) markets
• Lead and grow the Sales team in the UK
• Communicate market insights to product development team
Requirements
• 5-10 years of quota carrying sales and business development expertise in a software/technology company where the HR department was the main
customer
• Strong network in the HR or wellbeing space
• Management experience
• Ideally experience of at least 1 year in a fast growing startup environment
• Excellent listening and communication skills, excellent analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Passionate about health, sports, technology and the art of sales
