The Role
We are now looking for a highly driven and experienced SEM and performance manager to own traffic generation whilst playing a pivotal role in the wider conversion journey of the user.

? Technical / on-page optimisation
? Competitor analysis / keyword strategy / visibility tracking
? Local places optimisation
? Linkbuilding / outreach
? Content marketing / inbound marketing
? (25%) Paid search & display
? Direct optimisation of Adwords/Bing campaigns
? Manaagement of retarting and display (GDN & social)
? Affiliate management
? (25%) Other
? Email marketing (design and tracking)
? CRO / landing page testing
? Reporting & analysis
? Automation / personalisation
The Candidate
? Highly analytical (advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics)
? Direct experience of on0-page technical seo implementation (not via developer)
? Evidence of significant SEO results in a highly competitive industry
? Extensive experience of directly optimising paid search campaigns (min £10k p/m) and display campaigns
? Practical knowledge web languages (html, css) , CMS management , Photoshop/design skills
? A self-starting personality that’s comfortable working autonomously
